The Swedish Microbiology Spring Meeting 2004 was collaborative effort involving the three major associations of microbiology in Sweden:
- Föreningen för medicinsk mikrobiologi
- Riksföreningen för mikrobiologi
- Svenska föreningen för mikrobiologi
Oral presentations was held in Swedish when possible. Posters were presented in Swedish or English.
An exhibition, comprizing 36 diagnostic companies and organisations, was organized at the venue of the meeting.
