| NECTM is a biannual conference that attracts various professional groups, both nurses and medical doctors, engaged in travel medicine and related fields, such as infectious diseases, migrant health, and epidemiology. The theme of the conference is inspired by the words of the famous Danish poet and author Hans Christian Andersen “to travel is to live”. The scientific program will not only focus on the health risk, but also the health benefit of traveling. In our scientific program we will concentrate on the most recent developments in the multi-disciplinary field of travel medicine including sustainable travel and climate change. |
